When a project hits a snag, you need a clear line to someone who knows the context. Here is how to reach us, what to expect, and where to find answers before you pick up the phone.
For urgent blockers on an active engagement, email is the fastest route. We monitor the inbox during business hours and route queries to the coordinator who knows your project.
We operate on South African time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. If you email outside those hours, we pick it up first thing the next morning.
For clients in Gauteng and the Western Cape, we can also schedule a short call the same week to talk through a specific issue rather than trading long email threads.
Before you reach out, check the FAQ page for quick answers on how we work and what to expect.
A look at the kind of work we have been coordinating lately. These are real examples of how structured delivery governance plays out across different industries and team sizes.
User acceptance testing wrapped up for the finance module. Steering committee approved the go-live plan for the next phase.
Identified a supplier delay risk on the electrical work. Re-sequenced the installation schedule to keep the overall timeline intact.
Balanced developer capacity across two concurrent workstreams. Weekly report sent to sponsors with clear next steps.
Each engagement follows a consistent weekly cycle: status updates, RAID review, and a short report that steering committees actually read.
