Support that keeps delivery moving

When a project hits a snag, you need a clear line to someone who knows the context. Here is how to reach us, what to expect, and where to find answers before you pick up the phone.

Direct contact

For urgent blockers on an active engagement, email is the fastest route. We monitor the inbox during business hours and route queries to the coordinator who knows your project.

Response times

  • Same business day for steering committee report queries and schedule updates.
  • Within 24 hours for RAID log maintenance, resource questions, and documentation requests.
  • 48 hours for new discovery conversations and scoping notes.

Working hours

We operate on South African time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. If you email outside those hours, we pick it up first thing the next morning.

For clients in Gauteng and the Western Cape, we can also schedule a short call the same week to talk through a specific issue rather than trading long email threads.

Common questions, answered
